中种材料
高筋面粉:300g 牛奶:220g 酵母:5g
主面团材料
鸡蛋:1个 高筋面粉:80g 盐:3g 细砂糖:50g 黄油:50g
制作方法:
1:将中种材料混合一起,揉成稍微有点光滑的面团,用保鲜膜盖住,放入冰箱冷藏24个小时

2:此时面团发酵到2倍大,取出待用

3:用另外一个干净的盆放入鸡蛋,盐,细砂糖和高筋面粉混合

4:将中种撕成小团放入主面团中,揉出膜

5:然后加入50g 的黄油继续揉出薄薄的手套膜

6:发酵至2倍大,取出排气,然后将面团分成10个小面剂搓圆,盖上保鲜膜松弛15分钟

7:醒发好后包上豆沙馅,然后再擀成舌状,用刀子划几下

8:再拧两圈,前后口接上,放入蛋糕杯中

9:放入烤箱二次发酵至2倍大

10:发酵好后刷上蛋液

11:放入预热好的烤箱,上下火170度,烤20分钟左右即可
